Full Moon by Midnight Cellars, 2022 Brut cranberry and pomegranate dance onRich and ripe yet balanced with beautiful acidity, tannins and earthiness to keep it all in check. Ripe strawberry, mocha, vanilla, cherries, red raspberries balanced with dried sage and hints of flint. Blend of mostly Zinfandel with Syrah and Merlot aged 12 months in neutral French oak. Two generations of the Hartenberger Family established Midnight Cellars in 1995, landing in Paso Robles from Chicago. Over the last thirty years they have maintained
