Making of: A very long and gentle pressing was applied to the whole cluster fruit and juice was settled

The 2021er Thörnicher Ritsch Riesling Spätlese “Ritsch” was made from fruit picked at 91° Oechsle in this prime Lieu-Dit forming the original part of the vineyard and was fermented down to sweet levels of residual sugar (75 g/l)

With this vintage, I have launched F601, the pure and absolute expression of my experience with my parcel F601 of Saint Prefert and the old vine Cinsault, planted in 1928, a singular and unique expression. At this point in my life, I am thrilled to share my enchantment for this remarquable wine.
