Aged on the fine lees (sur lie), there is a richness and complexity in texture that balances the present and refreshing acidity. The 2020 vintage highlights the citrus zest and the chalky minerality one would expect from the Santa Lucia Highlands and particularly the Soberanes Vineyard. The lemon zest acidity is
